An Angel Among Us
May you be at peace with God
It's a rather amazing story. I met Marcy at a mutual friend's wedding. We immediately connected. We spent a few short days together, but instantly became friends. I was pregnant at the time with my daughter, Olivia. Marcy was passionate about my pregnancy and a tremendous suipport throughtout the weekend, alwyas ensuring that I was doing ok.
Flash forward, we exchanged Christmas cards and she was so genuinely curious about my newborn. Marcy sent me some very loving gifts for my special daughter. Oh how special did I not know my daughter would be. My sweet child was diagnosed with Autism a short 2 1/2 years later.
Marcy continued to keep in touch with me and always inquiring how my sweet Olivia was doing. For many, many years we kept in touch by the ever old Pony Express. One of my most recent cards, resulted in a letter from her incredible Mom telling me the about the sad tale of Marcy's outing with her friend. I had actually known of this from our mutual friend but truly believed she was stil with us somewhere and prayed for it to be so.
I am truly saddened that Marcy is no longer with us but rejoice and am thankful that she has touched my lifre and will always hold a very special place in my heart.
May our sweet Marcy forever be at peace and continue to bring us joy in our memories throughout our own individual journeys.
She is truly an angel among us.
My heartfelt thanks to Marcy for touchingy my life and my prayers to Lynda and Phil as they remember their remarkable daughter.
Peace,
Kim and Olivia
