My Biggest Cheerleader

My Best Friend

Marcy was my cousin, but she was so much more than that to me; she was my best friend, my biggest cheerleader, my closest confidant, and more like my sister. When I was younger, she taught me how to comb my hair without breaking it, how to properly put on makeup, and how to pad my bra with toilet paper; all the basic things that a young girl should learn. Every day I miss her terribly, but I know she must now be in a place where she can experience all the love, joy, and happiness she so richly deserves. I am so blessed that Marcy was such a big part of my life. I will cherish all the wonderful conversations Marcy and I had, and hold the memories very close.

I have attached some pictures of Marcy and the family; a couple of those pictures she would absolutely be mad at me for posting, but I don't care; Marcy could have worn a paper bag and she would still be stunningly beautiful.
