We'll Always Be Your Peeps

I only knew Heather for the last 7 months, since Grace and my son started Kindergarten.  It's amazing what an imprint she made on my heart in such a short time.  Whether it was her sarcastic, witty sense of humor, her willingness to open herself up to me and share her thoughts, dreams, triumphs and sorrows or her ability to just say "thanks for being one of my peeps" as she wrapped me in a hug.  She was one of those friends where it didn't matter how long you've known her, she trusted you as if you'd known her your entire life.  It's rare when you meet someone who is so genuine and true to themselves and whose honesty makes you wish you could be more like them.  Thank you Heather for being an example of a true friend, and I am so thankful you included me as one of your peeps....I miss you beyond words.
