Heather and the memories at Soapy's Ranch
Over the years I have known Heather to have a great sense of humor and a healthy sense of self....She was always hard working, very intelligent and sagacious....We spent many weeks together at Soapy's Ranch with all of the wonderful families I have had the pleasure to meet because of my parents. We road horses, shot clay pigeons, hiked and played games late into the night. Also, I will always have strong memories of our Christmas Eve dinners with the families and remember looking forward to catching up on current events in both of our lives...She was an great listener and an incredible person with such a notable and distinct presence in every room she entered...It is because of Heather that I met a girl that had a monumental impact on my life and even though we do not speak any more, she had such an impact that she set an almost unreachable standard for every other girl that I dated over the years. Heather....I am heartbroken that this happened...I am in tears as I write this and still hope it is just a dream. I am not very religious as a whole, but I will leave you with this sentiment.....GO WITH GOD my friend!!
