A Letter Written to Giovanni on June 16, 2009

GIOVANNI ARRIGHI

A kind and gentle man but with the brain of a genius, who was compelled to work everyday to continually produce those ideas stored within him to illuminate the past, present and future.

I speak from the heart and soul of one who has spent many close hours with him. I do love this man and see in him the combination of the kind and gentle mixed with the genius.

I would very much like to be at his bedside to hold his hand to comfort him. For the present that is not possible because of both our illnesses. However, I keep this hope to make it a reality in the very near future.
