Full of Life

Many of us have encountered someone who has had cancer, but few of us have encountered someone who handled it like David. For the past four years that I have known David, his attitude was that of, “it’s still life and its a life worth living.” He gave of himself as long as he could, yet he seldom seemed bitter about his illness. I feel so privileged to have had a chance to work with David and call him a true friend. He was a remarkable man and touched so many lives. He is finally at peace, but I hope his spirit never rests.
