Peace

As we stood side by side, waist deep in a cold Alaskan river, David and I watched the crimson sky reflect the early morning sunlight eeking its way over the distant mountain tops. Shrouded by the beauty of this primitive but pristine environment, Dave turned to me and said simply: "We are lucky to be here" As you know, Dave truly respected nature and recognized the majesty of God's creations. He profoundly respected life, both his and others, and saw each day as an opportunity to impact those around him in a positive way. PEACE ! John Spaeth
