My Amazing Boss

David was one amazing boss, he had great management skills and a sense of understanding of the people that worked for him. He always got the job done with respect and a gentle (and sometimes firm) hand. I knew if I needed help with anything I could just call David and he would be there for me, he would always hear me out and then provide me with direction and support. He always made me believe in myself, because he believed in me and always made sure I knew that I was a valuable member of his leadership team.  David had this uncanny ability to read me, and just when I was ready to crash he would call me and talk me out of my stupor. Thanks to David I know that profanity can be used and read on a black berry, and we had this great agreement that one word responses were all we needed to communicate.

David will be sorely missed, not only as a boss but as a true friend. I am very sure that there was a larger job for David. I know that I will always have an angel on my shoulder, guiding me through life.

David, my boss and friend, I will miss you forever.
