Big Pimpin

One of my favorite memories of Court always reminds me not to take myself too seriously. One night some of us were hanging out in Michelle's bedroom - listening to music. Jay Z's "Big Pimpin" song came on and we all were singing at the top of our lungs. All of the sudden, Court turns the music down and turns to me and goes with a huge grin on her face,  "What did you just say? Did you say 'spin the cheese?' " That's EXACTLY what I had sung (the chorus 'Spendin' G's', sounded like 'spin the cheese' to me). Courtney started hysterically laughing and gave me a hug - I remember being embarrassed for half a second then joined in on the laughter - everyone was cracking up - man Court's laugh was infectious.

Every time I hear "Big Pimpin'"  I laugh out loud and remember that laughter really does make everything better - and laughing at our own mistakes makes us better people.
