My Brother-in Law (love)

from the other one who married into the Wuertz clan

 Chris and I both married into the Wuertz clan and our lives came together at family celebrations.  I thank God for our friendship over the years.  It was a very special bond being the "outlaws" of the inlaws!  I looked forward to our "deep" talks about life and relationships.  We enjoyed lots of the same interests.  The love of Yosemite and the grandeur of this very special place.  I had a deep respect for Chris and the passion he had for teaching and the love he had for his students.  What touched my heart was hearing about the student trips to Yosemite and the opportunity for these young lives to see Yosemite for the very first time through the eyes of Chris.  I have missed him deeply and know that Chris is now at peace and no longer tormented by Alzheimers.  I love you my sensitive artisitc "brother-in love".  Sue Wuertz
