Bob Cat

I worked with "Miss Ann" at Mar Lu Ridge during the 1970s.  I remember that one week we were both working staff and were not assigned to a group of campers.  We were at the upper camp attending an evening event, and after it was over, we walked up to the power lines to see the view at night.  While we were sitting there, we heard this tremendous animal scream and other strange sounds.  Ann was quite the outdoor type and I had spent time in the woods too, but we were both "concerned" to say the least.  To make a long story short, I have never see either one of us run as fast as we did that night.  The source of the sound turned out to be a Bob Cat, but at that time we both thought it was one of Ann's Dinosaurs!
